岗位职责:

1.Givethecustomerstrainingon****productsandprocess2.Managetheproductvalidationprocessbyprovidingofficialcertifications,materialdata,testingreportsandsamples,makingsuretheconformitybeforedeliverytoensuretheneedsofcustomerscanbeachieved.3.Preparethesamplestomeetthecustomer’sspecificationrequirement.4.Managetheleadtimeofsampleandfollowuptomakesureallsampletrialsfinished.5.Collectallspecificationrequirementfromcustomer,checkwiththeplantaboutthefeasibilityandfeedbacktocustomerswithtechnicalsolutionstotheirrequirement.6.Managethecostsavingactivitieswithrelatedtothecustomers.7.Whenmaterialblockedbycustomers,negotiatewithcustomertoacceptorpartiallyacceptitforqualityconcession.8.Managerthecustomerclaimsbycollectingtheclaimsinformation,visitthecustomer,makeinvestigationandnegotiatewithcustomerstodefinetheactionplanstomeetthecustomersatisfaction.
