Process Manager工作职责
岗位职责：
-Actasprojectleaderforprocessandmachinedevelopmenttotakepartinnewproductdevelopmentorcontinuousimprovementofexistingproduct
参加到新产品开发项目或现有产品改善项目中，负责工艺和设备开发
-Defineconceptfornon-standardmachineorautomationproject,performpreliminarystudyandriskassessmentforeachmachineprojectanddefinecountermeasuresthenlowerriskofeachitemtoanacceptableleveluntilconceptrelease
负责非标工艺设备及自动化设备方案制定，前期验证和风险评估，并为高风险条目制定合理验证计划并实行直至风险降至可接受程度，并最终确定设备主体方案；
-Defineclearspecificationformachineprojecttogetherwithcross-functionalstakeholderssuchasprocessengineer,productionmanagerorexpertsfromabroad
与项目团队一起制定设备项目规格书和技术协议
-Conductpre-acceptanceinsuppliersiteaccordingtospecificationbeforedelivery
设备交付前出差厂商处按规格书和技术协议开展预验收
-CoordinatetoinstallnewmachineandthenconductfinalacceptancebyperformingCmkstudyorFUSAstudyaswellascheckingfulfillmentofeachrequirementinspecification
设备现场安装协调并主导改善直至设备各项指标满足要求，如Cmk,FUSA等，并放行设备
-Continuousimprovementandtroubleshootingofnewmachine
新设备持续改进和异常处理跟进；
-Organizeregularmeetingtoreviewstatusofprojectandhighlightopenpointsfordiscussion
定期组织项目会议追踪项目进度，并讨论问题点
任职要求：
-Bachelordegreeinmechanicalengineeringandtechnology
机械类专业学士学位
-3+years’experienceasfixturedesignerornon-standardmachinedesigner
3年以上治夹具设计或非标设备设计经验
-Mechanicaldrawingskillisamust,andskilledinAutoCADand3Dsoftware(suchasPro/E,Solidworks,CatiaorInventor)
精通机械工程图纸，熟练使用AutoCAD和3D软件(例如Pro/E,Solidworks,CatiaorInventor)
-Deepunderstandingofmechanicalknow-howsuchastoleranceanalysis,strengthanalysis,etc.
对机械专业知识有深刻见解，如公差分析，强度计算等
-Hands-onexperienceinuseofstandardFAcomponents,in-depthknowledgeinpneumatics
对机械标准配件有实际应用经验，例如标准件，气动元件，伺服电机等
-Basicprojectmanagementskillisamust,skilledinMicroProject,PMPcertificateisaplus
具备基本项目管理技能，熟悉Project使用，有PMP证书优先考虑
-Interpersonalskillandpresentingskillinfrontofcrossfunctionaudienceisaprior
团队合作能力和报告能力强优先考虑
