1.Basedonapprovedprocurementsystemandprocess,executiveplanontheRFQsolicitations,formalizemeetingandrecordonbidinvitation,bidopening,evaluation,award,contractclosure,post-awardfollowup

2.RegularProcurementreport

suchasmonthlyreportingonRFQ&bidinvitationstatus,contractclosureandaward

3.Approvedvendorlistmanagement,monitoringthequality,timelinessanddeliverablesofsupplier,tomaintainandevaluatetheexistingvendorportfolio

4.ArchiverecordandupdateonVendormasterfile,BUProjectProcurementfile

5.EnsuringstrictadherencetoCorporatecompliance,procurementpoliciesandfinancialdisciplines.

任职要求:

1.BachelordegreepreferablyinPurchasingorSupplyChainManagement.

2.3yearsoraboveprocurementexperience(particularlyinMarketingpurchaseinAutomobileindustryandfamiliarwithPRCwidecustomers.

3.Goodcommunication&interpersonalskills,proactivewithanalyticthinking.

4.Goodbusinesssenseandbasicknowledgeofcontractlaw.

5.GoodcommandofEnglishandChinese.
