Senior Manager工作职责
岗位职责:
-AssisttheSeniorHumanResourcesManagerintheimplementationofpolicies,agreementsandsocialobligations.-Organizeandadministertherecruitmentprocess(Candidatesresearch,telephonescreeningofapplicantsorinterviews,applicantfollow-up,probationperiods,...).-Managetheemploymentcontracts,amendments,residentpermits,takingintoaccountthelabourlawsandcompanyagreements,andensuretheiradministrativemanagement.-ManagetheHRdatas(createandupdaterecords,staffattendance,annualleave,,...).Allthedocumentsarekeptupdatedandfiledonmonthlybasis.-Familiaritywithcountryandlocallaws,rules,andregulationsregardingemployeewelfare,safety,healthandbenefits,compensation.-Workscloselywithmanagementandemployeestoimproveworkrelationships,buildmorale,increaseproductivityandretention.-Respondstoinquiriesregardingpolicies,procedures,andprograms.-Providetraininganddevelopsupport.-Supportonorganizingtheteamactivitiesandotheremployeeevents.-Supportcompanycommunityrelationsprograms-SupportontheotherHRprojectswhenrequired
任职要求:
-Collegedegreeorabove.-Minimumof3-5yearsrelativeHRoperationexperience.
-FluentEnglishspeakingandwriting.
-Patienttodealwithworkundercomplexity.-Excellentcommunicationskillsandlogicalthinkingtosolvecomplicatedissuesorcomplain.
