任职要求:

MINIMUMEDUCATIONREQUIRED:Bachelor’sdegreefromarecognizedcollegeoruniversity.MINIMUMEXPERIENCEREQUIRED:Five(5)yearsofprofessionalworkexperienceinemploymentlaworHumanResources,involvingmanagementofemployeegrievances.ADDITIONALQUALIFICATIONS:PHRcertificationispreferred.Solidknowledgeofemployee-relatedlaborlaws,rulesandregulations,includingapplicationofemploymentlawstohumanresourcepractices.Excellentwrittenandoralcommunicationskills.Organizationalandproblem-solvingability,withstronglogicalreasoningandabilitytomulti-taskandprioritizeprojects.Excellentinterpersonalskills,withcustomerserviceapproach
