岗位职责：

JobResponsibilities/岗位职责:

·Receivesoftwaredevelopmenttasksfromthesoftwaredevelopmentmanager.ThedevelopmenttasksinvolveAirTrafficControlprogramand/orproductECRs(EngineeringChangeRequest)andPCRs(Problem&ChangeRequest)

·从软件开发经理处接受软件开发任务。软件开发任务是来自空中交通管理系统项目和和空管自动化产品的软件设计文件(EngineeringChangeRequest)andPCRs(Problem&ChangeRequest)。

·Participatetotheanalysis,definition,andreviewoftheECRs.

·参与分析，定义和评审软件设计。

·Performcodeandunittestofthedevelopmenttasks.

·完成的开发任务中的代码编写和单元测试。

·Ensurethedevelopmentcode,testanddocumentsaredeliveredasscheduled.

·按照进度完成代码，测试和相关文档。

·Ensurethequalityofthedevelopmentdeliverablesbyconstantlyfollowingthedevelopmentprocesses.

·始终按照开发流程工作，以保证开发产出的质量。

·Proactivelyproposetechnicalsolutions.

·主动的建议技术解决方案

·Providesupporttootherteammemberswhennecessary.

·必要时为其它团队提供支持

任职要求：

·BachelorsDegreeinComputerscienceorsimilarmajors./计算机科学或相关专业的本科学历。

·LocalChinesenationalswithabilitytocommunicatethoroughlyandeffectivelyinEnglishviaemailandorally./中国国籍并能用英语口语和书面进行无障碍沟通。

·ProficientinUNIX/LinuxOperatingsystem./精通UNIX/Linux操作系统。

·FamiliarwithUNIX/Linuxshelllanguages(ksh,perl,tcltk)isaplus./能熟练使用UNIX/Linux脚本语言(ksh,perl,tcltk)。

·ProficientinC,C++languageandADAlanguagedevelopment./精通C,C++,ADA语言开发。

·Understandingconfigurationmanagementtools(CVS)isaplus./最好熟悉CVS配置管理工具。

·Databasemanagementsystemexperienceisaplus./最好熟悉数据库管理系统。

·AirTrafficControlsystemdomainknowledgeisaplus./最好具有空中交通管理系统的行业知识。

·Teamperforminginanorganizationof15people./能够与约15人的团队良好合作。
