Project Manager工作职责

岗位职责:

1.Responsibleforthemanagement,maintenanceandmobilizationofprojectteammembersandtheestablishmentofeffectivesupervisionandmanagementmechanismandoperationsystem;

2.dealingwithimportanteventsandcomplaintsandarrangingtherelevantpersonneltofollowup;

3.ActastheliaisonbetweentheCLIENT’sFMteam/CommunityManagementteamandAden’steam(localtechnicaltrainingmanagersandon-siteteams)foranyescalatedissues;

4.WorktightlywithAdenOPEteamtosetupandimplementsystemsandtools(SOPs,LOPs,customizedtrainingprograms)tobeabletoensurethehighestqualityofservices;

5.EnhanceandenforcetheSOPsandLOPstrainingsatalltimeatalllocations

6.Plan,scheduleandsuperviseappropriatelevelsofpersonnelinallareasofresponsibility;

7.Prioritizedailyfacilityissuesandeffectivelydelegateresponsibilities;

8.ZendeskticketmanagementwithSLAtargetabove80%.

9.ActasaQAandQCwhenvisitingthelocationsandproposeactionplanwithtimelineandfollow-up

10.OrganizeandpreparetheweeklyinternalOPSmeeting;

11.Preparemonthlyreportsforalllocations

12.Liaisewithfinancedepartmenttoprepareallinvoicesforservicesrendered

13.Performanyotherdutieswithinthescope,spiritandpurposeofthejobasassigned/required.

任职要求:

1.5plusyears’experienceinoverseeingmaintenanceandjanitorialservicesmultiplelocations;

2.Experiencemanagingateamofgreaterthan5employees;

3.Mustbeabletoworkindependentlyoronateam;

4.goodcommunicationandorganizationalcoordination;

5.abilitytoresistpressureandfacestrain,andcanhandleemergenciesintimeandefficiently,whilemaintainingthedailyservicesupply;

6.abletouseOfficesoftware,word,Excel.andotherequipmentskillfully;

7.Multiplelocationsteammanagement;

8.Strongknowledgeincleaning/hygiene;

9.Ahotel/IFMbackgroundisperfered.
