1.UnderstandOFFmodelandfollowtheconcept&GlobalProcesseswhichdefinedinOFF;2.FollowtheFCmanagementandPOconfirmationprocess,keepthedatainERPcorrect;3.Shipmentdocumentationandinvoicing;4.Preparetheneededreportsinordertoincreaseworkefficiency&providevisibilityofForecast&OrderanalysistoAM&customers:Monthlysalesreport,customerrelatedreports;5.Weeklysalestrackingupdateandcommunicationwithaccountmanager;6.FollowtheRMAprocess7.WorkcloselywithMaterialLeadertounderstandmaterialstatus&Full-kitsrate,inordertofulfilCustomerdemand;8.UnderstandtheimpactofanyofDemandchangesinERP,theimpactofDemandchanges->Shortagesand/orexcessinventories;9.ArrangeDSB(DemandSupplyBalance)meetingifneeded10.CooperatetoworkwithLPO&GPOforERP/QVimprovementifneeded.
