3.Lead,designanddeploydevelopmentstrategytoensuresustainableprofitability,resourcesallocationand

4.Beingthewarehouseoperationsmainleader/coordinatorandensuringeffectivecommunicationsbetweenthecustomers,operationsteams,subcontractors,localandregionalmanagementteamonday-to-dayoperationsproblemsandissues

5.Handlingcustomers’complaintsanddevelopingcorrectiveactionplantosolvethecomplaintsintimelymanner.

6.Sourcingpotentialsubcontractors,negotiatingwiththemtogettheoptimumcost/qualityofservicesforthebestinterestofthecustomersandBOLLORE,trainingthemaccordingtothedesignedsolutions,monitoringtheirperformancetocomplywiththecommittedservicelevels,correctingsub-standardperformanceintimelymanner

7.Liaisonwithrelevantpartnerstoensureeffectiveimplementationoranticipatemarketchanges

8.Understandingthecustomersnewrequirementsandalertinglocalandregionalmanagementoftheirchangingneeds

9.Participatinginthesolutionsdesign,identifyingoperationsalternatives,developingoperations/cost/pricingmodeling,preparingpresentationmaterial,presentingthesolutionandfinallysolicitingthecustomers’endorsementtobuy-intheproposedsolutions

10.Implementingandreviewingthesolutionsaccordingtotheagreedspecifications,i.e.notlimitedtothedevelopmentofstandardoperatingprocedures(SOP),servicelevels,keyperformanceindicators(KPI),operations,stafftrainingandmanagementreports,systemsupportsetc

a.QHSEFUNCTIONS

11.ComplywithallQHSEIntegratedManagementSystempoliciesandprocedures,SupportallcompanyQHSEpromotionsandinitiatives.

12.Immediately,intheeventofanaccident,dangerousoccurrence,orariskofimminentandseriousinjuryorharmtothehealthofanypersonattheworkplace,reportthemattertoyourdirectManager

13.Overseeingtheworkplaceandensurethatthecompany’sstandardsandproceduresarebeingmetandfollowed.

14.KeepinformedofallQHSEinformationprovidedbythecompanyinaccordancewithanylegislation,codesofpracticeandguidelinesandliaiseasnecessarywiththerelevantgovernmentdepartmentsandprivatebodies.

15.ToconsultandcooperatewithManagementonallmattersrelatingtothehealthandsafetyofpersonsandtheenvironmentattheworkplace.

16.AttendandactivelyparticipateinlocationQHSEmeetings.ProposerecommendationstoyourdirectManagerinregardstohowtheQHSEManagementSystemscanbeimproved.
