Coordinatestodesignanddevelopcompensationpolicies/process;
DevelopsC&BAnalysts,providesoundprofessionalrecommendationsbasedonfindings;
Participateindesigningprogramstodeveloppositiveemployeerelations,rewardsystem,andcompensation&Benefitssystem;
Analyzesdifferentcomponentsoftheremunerationschemeintheorganizationandpreparesreportsabouttheinternalequityandexternalcompetitiveness;
Assistininternalmobility(domesticandInternationalcase)forallofcostanalyzeandprocesssupport;
Buildsasolidimplementationplanfordevelopedvariableprogramandsolutions;executesagainstplan;
Monitor,evaluateandcomparetheplannedvs.actualresultstoensurethestatusofthecost,scheduleandtechnicalperformanceobjectivesconformtotheprojectplan
Makingsurethatinformationisclearlycommunicatedandresourcesareinplacetosupporttheproject;
EnsurefunctionsrelatingtotheCom&Benactivitiesareundertakeninatimely&effectivemanner:TCImonthlypayroll,IITpreparationandsubmission,GLStatementpreparationintimelymanner,Budgetpreparation,insurancescheme,totalrewardproject,contractmanagementforsignoff/renewal,governmentaudit、reports,transfermanagementsupplementaryinsuranceandpensionprogrammanagement.,etc.;
PrepareorupdateguidelineorBrochureforCom&Benarea;
HRISPlanning
RationalizeJobPosition,hierarchy,Organization,DepartmentTableandTrees;
Identifyingcorrectiveactionsforallnon-conformances,aswellasforthearearequiringimprovementand/oraudit;
CoordinateHRFunctionalTrackandhelpsolveproblemswithsetupinformationandconfigurations;
ConductUserAcceptanceTesting(UAT)includingfixinganyissuesfoundduringdataconversion;
AssistinLeadingandParticipatingintheGoLivestage;
PreparetrainingmaterialorguidelineonHRISarea;
SetupMonitorprocess,andregularReview,updateormaintainallinformationreceived;
IncorporationwithAPMOHRISteamtopromoteHRISastheonestopHRDatabasefor:Improvingqualityandspeedatwhichinformationisavailable;Improvingflexibilityofinformationtosupportbusinessplanning,EnablingemployeestoaccessHRinformation;
LocalAdministration
Ensurefunctionsrelatingtothefollowingactivitiesareundertakeninatimely&effectivemanner;
EnsurethatCompany-wideHReventsareorganizedandmanagedeffectivelythroughthoroughunderstandingofEventManagementprotocols,proceduresandprocesses;
DriveandgenerateReportsasrequired.
任职要求:
Universitygraduate,statistic,MathandHRdegreearepreferred.
Minimum4yearsextensiveHRexperienceinamultinationalcompany,preferablyspecializedinC&Barea.
StrongcommandandsolidknowledgeofPRClaborlaw、relevantlocalregulationsandemploymentpolicyframework
