PROJECT MANAGEMENT工作职责
岗位职责：
1.负责项目部的日常管理工作，带领项目部高效完成工作；
2.对项目进行售前评估，给予科学的评估报告，并对销售进行项目谈判给予专业支持；
3.对项目质量和效率进行控制和管理，沟通和协调相关人员确保项目高效完成；
4.对项目部和销售部员工进行专业培训，以提高员工专业水平。
任职要求：
1.临床医学或基础医学博士及以上学历；
2.有5年以上团队管理经验；
3.以第一作者或者通讯作者发表过多篇生物医学SCI论文；
4.有丰富的临床研究或生物医学基础研究经验者优先；
5.有基金标书撰写经验并获得资助者优先。
Jobresponsibilities:
1.Responsibleforthedailymanagementoftheprojectdepartmentandleadingtheprojectdepartmenttocompletetheworkefficiently;
2.Conductingpre-saleevaluationoftheprojects,offeringscientificevaluationreports,andprovidingtheprofessionalsupportforthesalesnegotiation;
3.Controllingandmanagingprojectqualityandefficiency,coordinatingwithrelevantpersonneltoensuretheefficientcompletionoftheproject;
4.Conductingprofessionaltrainingfortheprojectdepartmentandsalesstafftoimprovetheprofessionallevelofemployees.
Jobrequirements:
1.Doctoraldegreeoraboveinclinicalmedicineorbasicmedicine;
2.Morethan5yearsofteammanagementexperience;
3.PublishedmultiplebiomedicalSCIpaperswiththefirstauthororthecorrespondingauthor;
4.Manyexperienceinclinicalresearchorbiomedicalbasicresearchispreferred;
5.Manyexperienceinresearchgrantproposalwriting,andfavoritewithexperiencethatgotgrantproposalsfunded.
