1.Seriessupport:30%SupporttheplanttosolveproductrelatedissueusingR&Dtechnicalexpertise.ProductEngineertaskistosupportprojectteamtoinvestigateissueandsupporttodefineactionplan.ProductEngineertaskneedtoprovidetechnicalsolutionandmustleadproductupdate(CADdata,drawing,...)fordesignrelatedissueonly.Implementationofthechangeinternally(Assemblyline,...)andtosupplier(toolmodification)isnotincludedinthescope.2.Seriessupport(Engineeringchange)20%3.Seriessupport(rootcauseanalyze)20%4.Seriessupport(warrantyissue)15%5.Seriessupport(VAveactivity)15%
