Service Support工作职责

岗位职责:

1.Thepositionwillmanageoneofourglobalkeyaccounts,whichisamajorChineseTelecomCompany,marketleader.

2.ThepositionwillleadtheprofitabledevelopmentofdesignatedGlobalAccountsatgloballevelthroughpositioningtheCompanyasastrategicbusinesspartner,anddeliveringagreedprogramsthroughateamdrawnofdedicatedpeopleacrosstheCompany.

3.TheGlobalAccountManagerhastheCommercialOwnershipoftheconsistentdeliverytothecustomerofoperationalexcellence,innovationanddevelopment,inadditiontothefollowingspecifickeyresponsibilities.

4.She/HealsoensuresthatGlobalControlTowerorganizationinplaceforthisGlobalAccountisefficientandcosteffective.

5.LeadSupplyChainControlTowers’networkworldwide(30staffsamong3continents)toensurebestend-to-endservicesfortheKeyAccount.

6.DevelopnewControlTowerfunctionsforefficientcommunication(internal/external)andsmoothlogisticsoperations

7.TheGlobalAccountManagerisaccountablefortheoverallContributiveGrowthMarginperformanceinducingthattheAccountismanagedinthebestpossiblecost-effectiveway.

Customer

EstablishacompleteanddetailedmappingofallbusinessstakeholdersatHQ,RegionalandCountryleveloftheclient.

Buildlongtermpartnershipwithourcustomer’smanagementteams.

Keyactivities

a.SeekatpositioningthegroupasastrategicpartneroftheCustomer,throughthepropositionofbusinesssolutionsthataddvaluetotheCustomerbusinessandenhanceitsperformanceandreputation.

b.Identifybusinessdevelopmentopportunities

c.LeadandcoordinatetheresponsetoRFIs/RFQsrelatedtodestinationservice

d.Negotiatemaincontracts(non-localones),managecompliancewiththemaincontracts(non-localones)

e.IdentifyanddevelopeffectiverelationshipswithkeycontactswithintargetedCustomerorganizations,toensuremaximumleverageforthegroup'sinterests.

f.BuildcustomerconfidenceintheCompany'sabilitytorespondtotheircurrentanticipatedneeds,bydevelopingin-depthunderstandingofCustomers'problemsandinfluencingtheCompany'sstrategyaccordingly.

ControlTowerstrategy

ConstantlyworkwiththeControltowersnetworkandthecustomer,participatetothedesignofnewprocesses,ensureallSOPandKPIareadheredto,andshortfallsarecorrectedonpriority.

a.DesignanddeveloptheControlTowerstrategyinaccordancewiththecustomer’sexpectationsandrequirements.

DefinenewCTfunctions/toolstobeusedandensureitsobjectivesareachievedbytheentireControlTowerteam

b.MonitorandanimateCTnetwork

OrganizewithregionalCTmonthlyBusinessReview:Volume,KPI,PendingIssues,Achievement,Paymentsituation.

Driveregularworkshop/meeting/conferencecallforimplementationofanewprocess,toreviewperformance,togatherallpartiesinvolvedinissuetogether.

Performancemanagement

LeadMBR(MonthlyBusinessReview)/QBR(QuarterlyBusinessReview)andreviewsofKPI’s

a.TheCompanyperformance

i.Analyzeperformanceperregion,percountryandalertRegionalControlTowerandlocalmanagementofanybusinessfailure.

ii.DriveactionplanwithregionalCT,regionalmanagementofanyfrequentormajorfailureidentify.

b.Carrierandsub-contractorperformance

i.Reviewcarriers’performanceonestablishedrouteswithoriginanddestinationCT,identifyweaklanes.Sharerelatedinformationtoprocurementdepartment.

ii.DesigntoolswithoriginCTtomeasurecarrierperformance

Projectimplementation(Supplychain,IT)

a.Obtainexpertknowledgeintherelevantforwardingandlogisticsproductsandwhereapplicable,recommendbestpracticesforimplementation.

b.Participateinnewtrafficimplementationprocesswithallinternalandexternalstakeholders.

c.ParticipateatregionalandlocalCTtrainingprogram

d.Follow-upnewbusinesssetupwithimplementationmanager

e.Driveelaborationofnewproposalsandcommercialoffers.

Commercialtool&tenderphase

a.KeepupdatedourCompany&KeyAccountcooperationPresentation,promotingserviceexcellence

b.SupportoverseasofficestoanswertoRFI,RFQ

c.Supervisetenderphases,leadglobalnegotiations&monitornewprojectsimplementation

d.ReviewnewcontractandensureitrespectstheGlobalLevelAgreement

任职要求:

1.DegreeinBusiness/Logistics/Engineering

2.Minimum7yearsofrelatedworkexperienceinFreightForwarding(BothAir&SeaFreight)

3.Minimum5yearsofworkexperienceinGlobalAccountManagementofMNC,withproventracksrecords

4.ProventrackrecordandexperienceworkinginAsiawouldbeaplus

5.KnowledgeinContractLogisticsandSupplyChainwillbemuchdesired

6.Excellentcommunication,presentationandinterpersonalskills

7.Abilitytoworkunderpressure,independentlyandasateamplayer,commitmenttocustomerserviceandqualityimprovement

8.Goodcriticalthinkingandproblemsolvingskills

9.MandarinspeakingpreferredwithfluentcommandofEnglish.Frenchspeakingwillbeaplus

10.GoodcommandofMicrosoftOfficetools
