1.WorkwithteamtosetupoverallHRstrategies&operationsforeachsegment/functionteamtostrengthenorganizationeffectivenessandsupportbusinessgrowth
2.Collaboratewithlinemanagersonrecruitmentbasedonrecruitmentplanandactualbusinessstatusandwellmanagethechangeandhiringprocessfororganization
3.Identifytrainingneedsanddevelopmentneedsinconjunctionwithlinemanagerandhelplinemanagertoanalyzecurrent/futureHRneedsandwellforecastthetraining/developmentneedstomeetthegrowth/changeofsegment
4.Facilitatetalentreviewprocessandsuccessionplanningworkwithlinemanagersonactionplanfortalentmanagementanddelivereffectiveprogramtodevelopandkeeptalents
5.Collaboratewithtraininganddevelopmentteamtosetup/maintaincompetencymoduleswithinorganization
6.Collaboratewithlinemanagersforperformancemanagementandprovidesupporttolinemanagerstomeetachievabletargets
7.WorkwithC&BteamtoimplementtheC&Bstructurewithinorganizationaccordingtobusinessplanandpeopledevelopmentplan
8.Buildatrustedadvisorandpartnershipbetweensegment/functionandHRanddeliverbestHRpractices/programs/solutionswhichsupportbusinessareainconjunctionwithHRfunctions
9.CollaboratewithHRteamtosuperviseandmonitortheimplementationofHRpoliciesandprovideconsultancytoemployeesonHRrelatedissues
