Medical Advisor工作职责
岗位职责：
·Provideexpertmedical/scientificadviceforassignedpipelinerelevantnewtherapeuticarea(s)andnewcompound(s)includingrespondingtorequestsfromglobal,regionalandlocalteam.
·WorkwithGlobaldevelopment&arearelevantteams,affiliateRegulatoryAffairs,ClinicalResearch,MedicalAffairsaimingatChina’searlyintegrationintoGlobal/Regionaldevelopmentplan.
·Conductmedicalassessmentfornewtherapeuticarea(s),newcompound(s).andclinicalstudyasneededandcommunicatewithdevelopmentteamstakeholders.
·Implementandcoordinatepipelinerelevantmedicalinitiatives(e.g.medicalsurvey,ABmeeting,etc.).
·Monitortheenvironmentforcompetitiveintelligence(e.g.newcompounddevelopmentstage,clinicalstudiesdesignandoutcome,etc.)andcommunicate,whereappropriate,withintheCompany.
·Establishandmaintainprofessionalandcrediblerelationshipswithkeyopinionleadersandacademiccenters;thiswillinvolvekeycommunicationformedicalassessment,managingmedicalsurvey,coordinatingadvisoryboardsmeetings,facilitatingstudyfeasibility,etc.
·Facilitateclinicalstudyfeasibilityincludingstudysynopsistrainingdeliverytoclinicalresearchteamandexpertsrecommendation.
·Provideexpertmedical/scientificadviceandsupporttokeyregulatoryinitiatives(e.g.CTAfiling,NDAfilling,documentsforauthoritycommunication,etc.)
·Providemedical/scientificinputintoChinapipelinedevelopmentstrategicplanasrequired.
·Ensurecompliancewithallapplicablenationallawsandregulations,guidelines,codesofconduct,company’spoliciesandproceduresandacceptedstandardsofbestpractice.
任职要求：
-PhysiciansinGastroenterologyorRheumatologydept.ormedicaladvisorsfrompharmaceuticalcompanywithexperienceofworkingonproductstotreatinflammatoryboweldiseaseorrheumatologicdisease.
