Project Engineer工作职责
岗位职责：
1.ECNmanagement:analyzetheinfluenceforproduction,definetherelevanttasksandtracktheimplementationstatus工程变更管理，分析ECN对生产的影响，定义相关任务并跟踪实施情况2.Helpingproductionlinewithmachine’sHW/SWrelevantproblem-solving;HelpingproductionlinewiththeTruDisk’sproblemsolving.Forallcomplicatedproblems,definesystematicproblemdiagnosismethodandtraintheproductionemployee.帮助生产解决硬件/软件相关的技术问题；帮助产线解决光纤激光相关的技术问题。对所有复杂的问题，需要在后续定义系统的问题解决方法并培训产线员工3.ForrepetitivequalityissuesofthecomponentsproducedbyotherTrumpfsubsidiariesinGermanyandSwitzerland,analyzingtherootcause,organizingthequalitymeetingwithrelevantcolleagues,definingandfollowinguptherelevanttasks.对由于通快在德国和瑞士子工厂组装的零部件而产生的重复性问题，需要分析相关问题原因，与国外同事组织质量会议，定义并跟踪相关任务的执行4.HelpingtosolveallSWproblemswhichisdevelopedbyGermancolleaguestosupporttheassemblyandcommissionthemachine.AndadaptingtheseSWordevelopingnewSWforlocallydevelopedmachines.帮助解决由德国/瑞士同事研发的帮助机床组装和调试的辅助软件发生的问题。并且在通快中国引入本土研发的新机型后，帮助调整，或者开发新的辅助软件5.Analyzingthequalityproblemgeneratedfromproductionlineanddefinethepreventivemeasuresandorganizetheimplementation,likeWIrevise,fixturedesignetc.分析产线上产生的系统性问题，定义预防措施并组织执行，如生产工艺的更新，工装设计等6.Developandoptimizemainprocesses发展与优化公司主要工艺流程7.CIPmanagement.改善及持续改进建议管理8.Otherprojectswhichisrelevantforimprovingtheproduction’sKPI.负责其他改进生产关键绩效指标的项目9.Othertasksassignedbyimmediatemanager负责完成直属主管和领导安排的其他的工作任务
任职要求：
1.AcademicBackground:Bachelordegreeorabove学士学位及以上2.Whichmajorpreferred:Electricalengineering电气工程3.Workingexperience:0-3yearsworkingexperience0-3年工作经历4.Knowledgeandskills:Leanmanufacturingandproductionexperience精益生产及生产工作经验5.Language:English,Germanispreferred英语、德语者优先6.Otherspecificrequirements:1)Mustexhibitstrongorganizationalskillsandtheabilitytoleadandtogaintherespectofotheremployees，mustbeabletohandlemultipleprojectssimultaneously较强的组织能力及能够领导及获得其他员工的认可，能够同时处理多项项目工作2)ObservetheregulationsontheEmployee’sHandbookandCodeofConductofTRUMPFChina能理解并遵守通快的员工手册和行为准则
