Patent Engineer工作职责
岗位职责：1、负责全球生物、电子、软件、工程、精密仪器、智能制造、工业设计领域的专利、论文等科技文献检索分析；
2、负责全球相关领域的专利分析，专利预警及监控、撰写、修改专利分析报告;
3、负责跟踪和分析全球竞争对手的专利布局情况；
4、负责与相关部门协作，撰写、修改、提交、答复、审查专利技术申请文件，国内及国际专利申请书、说明书、权利要求书等；
5、负责参与制定公司专利发展战略、规划布局，预防及处置国内国际专利知识产权纠纷等；
任职要求：1、硕士、博士或以上学历，有相关工作经验、海外工作经验者优先；
2、生物技术、分子生物学、微生物学、生物工程、微电子、软件、工程、精密制造、工业设计等相关专业；3、英语四级及以上，熟练的阅读、分析及撰写能力，掌握第二门外言者优先；4、良好的沟通总结能力，较强的书面语言表达能力及逻辑分析/判断能力；5、为人正直，工作积极主动、踏实认真，耐心细致，具有良好的团队合作精神，能够承受较大工作压力；
6、熟悉企业知识产权管理规范者优先；
7、有事务所工作经验者优先；
8、有专利审查员经验者优先；9、拥有专利代理人资格证书者优先。
MainDuty:
1.BeresponsibleforKangma-relatedglobalbiology,electronics,software,engineering,precisioninstruments,intelligentmanufacturing,industrialdesignpatents,papersandotherscientificliteratureretrievalandanalysis;
2.Beresponsiblefortheglobalrelatedareasofpatentanalysis,patentearlywarningandmonitoring,writing,modifythepatentanalysisreport;
3.Beresponsiblefortrackingandanalyzingpatentlayoutofglobalcompetitors;
4.Beresponsibleforcollaborationwithrelevantdepartments,towrite,modify,submit,reply,reviewthepatentapplicationdocuments,domesticandinternationalpatentapplication,specification,patentclaim,etc.;
5.Beresponsibleforparticipatinginthedevelopmentofthecompany'spatentdevelopmentstrategy,planninglayout,preventionanddisposalofdomesticinternationalpatentintellectualpropertydisputes;
JobRequirements:
1.Master,Ph.D.Orabove,relevantworkingexperienceandoverseasworkingexperienceispreferred;
2.Biotechnology,molecularbiology,microbiology,biologicalengineering,microelectronics,software,engineering,precisionmanufacturing,industrialdesign,andotherrelatedprofessional;
3.Englishlevel4andabove,proficientreading,analysisandwritingability,withsecondforeignlanguage(s)ispreferred;
4.Goodcommunicationandsummaryability,strongwritingandlogicalanalysis/judgmentability;
5.Honest,proactive,practicalandconscientious,patientandmeticulous,withagoodteamspirit,andbeabletoworkunderpressure;
6.Familiarwithenterpriseintellectualpropertymanagementstandardswillbepreferred;
7.Havingtheworkingexperienceinapatentagencyispreferred;
