Responsibility:1.Bepartofateamthatdevelopsanddesignsproductsthrougheveryphaseofdevelopmentfromsketching,fabricandaccessoryapproval,fitting,tothefinalproduction2.CollaborateandbrainstormonspecifiedstrategicdesigndirectionsincorporationwithourDesignManager3.Analysesalesfiguresanddevelopmentneedsonspecifiedcategories4.Preparetrendpresentations,workdrawings,prints,trimandcolorcharts5.TogetherwithDesignManagerconstantlyensureupgradeofproductgroups:pinpointandimproveweakcategories,fabricquality,fittingandproducttomarketdemandsfromrunninganalyzes.6.Workcloselywithbuyingteam
任职要求：
Qualifications1.YouhaveadegreeinfashiondesignandGraphicdesign2.Youhaveatleast2yearsofrelevantworkexperienceinfashiondesignandgraphicdesign.3.Preferably,yourpreviousworkexperienceisfromamen’swearbrand,highstreetlevel4.Youhavetheabilitytodesignwithindemographic5.YouhaveadvancedknowledgeofAdobeIllustratorandAdobePhotoshop6.Youcanidentifynewtrendsandimplementthisinyourwork7.Youhaveagoodeyeforcolorandcompositionandyoupayattentiontodetails8.Youworkindependently9.Youhavestrongorganizationalskillsandabilitytohandlemultipletasksundertightdeadlines10.YouhavegoodEnglishskills,bothspokenandwritten11.YouarewillingtoliveandworkinBeijing,China12.Youareinterestedinworkingwithothercultures
