Equipment Manager工作职责
岗位职责：
1.Responsibleforequipmentmodificationofthewholecompany,tosupporttheworkofthenewproject
负责全公司设备改造.支持新项目工作.
2.Assistintheselectionofnewprojectsandequipmenttechnologicalinnovation
协助新项目的选型.设备技术革新.
3.Responsibleforthedesignandcompletionontheproductionequipment,innovativeprogramsissuedbythemanager,toimproveproductionefficiencyandtheworkingenvironment.
负责设计和完成经理下达的关于生产设备的革新项目，以提高生产效率和改善工作环境.
4.Responsibleforthetechnicalworkwhichisnecessarytotheproductionofnewproducts,addingthefunctionoftheexchangetotheoriginalproductionequipment
负责进行新产品生产所必需的，在原有生产设备上增加功能的调换件的技术工作
5.Newequipmentinstallation,commissioning,confirmation,andvalidation
参与新的生产设备的安装、调试，确认和验证
6.Completeotherassignmentsgivenbysuperior
完成领导其他交办任务
任职要求：
相关工作经验要求：
1.10yearsoraboveworkexperienceofpharmaceuticalmachinerymaintenance
制药机械维修十年以上工作经历
2.Familiarwiththeproductioncapacityofpharmaceuticalequipment,themechanicalstructureofpharmaceuticalequipment,theprinciplesofpharmaceuticalequipment,procurementofsparepartsandlocalization.
熟悉公司制药设备生产能力,制药设备机械结构,制药设备机械原理,备品备件采购与国产化.
3.Richexperienceinpharmaceuticalmachineryofequipmentmaintenance
具有相当丰富的制药机械设备维护保养经验
必要的学历和专业资格，含语言能力：
1.Bachelordegreeorabove,majorinMechanical
本科或以上学历，机械专业毕业
2.HaveabasicabilitytoreadinbothEnglishandChinese
具有基础的中英文阅读能力
必要的技能和能力：
1.Abilityofstandardandnon-Standardpharmacymanufacturingequipmentdesignandfabrication
具备丰富的标准和非标制药设备的机械设计、改造能力
2.AbilitytouseAUTOCAD
具备使用AUTOCAD的能力
3.Abilityofeffectivecommunication
具备有效沟通的能力
