区域技术主管工作职责
岗位职责：
1.Dailymanagementofthetechnicalserviceteaminspecificregion,ensurecustomerrequestsberespondedtimely.
在指定区域里进行技术服务团队的日常管理，确保客户需求得到及时响应。
2.Workingwithher/histeam,asanexcellentcandidatetoprovidepromptandprofessionaltechnicalservicetocustomers,ensuretechnicalqueriesareproperlyandtimelyhandled.
当团队成员无法及时有效的提供客户服务支持时，作为团队里的优秀候选人，提供客户迅速和专业的技术支持服务，确保技术需求及时响应和解决。
3.Implementcompanyanddepartmentstrategiesandinitiatives,ensureprojectcompletiontimelinesswithhighquality.
执行公司和部门的策略和计划，确保项目及时和高质量完成。
4.Providecoachinganddevelopmenttotheteam,buildteamspirit,establishKPIforteam,ensuretheteamcompetenceimproved.
辅导和发展团队成员，构建良好的团队精神，建立团队成员考核目标，确保团队技术服务能力的提升。
5.VisitVIPcustomerregularly,andexplorethecustomerneedsandpotentialproductproblem,ensuretosolvecustomer'sproductapplicationproblemsintimeandreducecomplaintrisk.
重要客户定期随访，及时发现客户需求和潜在产品问题，确保解决客户产品应用问题和降低投诉风险。
任职要求：
1.BachelordegreeoraboveinClinicalLaboratoryorlifesciencedisciplineorequivalent临床检验或生物相关专业，本科及以上学历
2.Minimum3yearsworkingexperienceintechnicalsupportformedicalorbiotechnologicalareaatforeigncompany,atleast1yearmanagerialexperience.3年以上外企医药或生物技术行业相关技术支持工作经验，1年以上管理工作经验
3.Goodknowledgeofimmunologyknowledge熟悉免疫学相关知识
4.ProficiencyinELISAprincipleandoperation精通ELISA原理与操作
5.Troubleshootingskillandexperience具备投诉处理的技巧和经验
6.customerserviceconsciousness客户服务意识
7.Trainingskillandexperience培训技巧与经验
8.Standardandfluentmandarin,goodcommunicationability,CET6,familiarwithMSofficesoftware普通话标准流利，具备良好的沟通能力，英语6级，熟悉办公软件
