Majorleadincommunicationwithcrossfunctionalteams,globalteamandcommercialmarketstogetbothstrategicandoperationalalignment

Plan&executecategoryintelligence,includingIMI,competitoranalysisetc.

Responsibleforbrand’screativebudgetplanningandspending

Develop3-5yearsBrand/CategoryStrategyandPlantosupportbrand/categorygrowth

Proposebrandportfolioandarchitecturetofulfill3-5yearsbrand/categorygoal

AbletocombineNPDoptionsfromglobalmenuandregionaldevelopmenttoformulatethebrand’sportfoliostrategy

Planandexecute3years’NPDplanwithontimeandqualitydelivery(includingmargin,CSFOL,cost,etc.)

Abletoreflectriskandproposeoptions/solutionstomanagementtomanagethesituation

Abletounderstandandreviewinlinevs.newcontributiontobusiness.Developandexecuteactivationplantosupport

PlanandexecuteIMIplans(quali/quanti)&concepttest(writing&testing)tosupportbrand/categorystrategy

Alloftheabovetogetmanagementandmarketalignments,tobesharedandalignedatRBWs/monthlyintegrationcalls

Demonstrationofleadershiptofulfillthebrand/categorystrategy

LeadstrategicdiscussionwithcrossfunctionalteamatNPDmeetings,pre-gatemeetingsandgatemeetings.Responsibleformakingdecisionsthatalignwiththeagreedstrategy.Measuredbyqualityofexecutionandalsoby360feedback

Majorcommunicationwithglobalteam(e.g.,viaintegrationcalls)toensureregionalstrategyandneedsarebeingreflectedwhichsupports/flagconcernstoCategoryDirectorinCLTdiscussion

Majorcommunicationwithcommercialmarkets(e.g.,viaintegrationcalls)toagreeandconfirmNPDlaunchtiming.

Abletoflagriskandmakeproposaltoresolvethesituationorwhendisagreementariseforcategorydirectortomakedecision

LeadR&D/GPIindeliveryofNPDs,includingmanagementofR&Dpoints,briefing,desiredclaims,andabletojudgeandmakeproposalwhenthereisconstraintincosts/technology.Abletoprovideoptionsandrecommendationtocategorydirectorsforfinaldecisionmaking

Leadandbriefcreativeteamoncreativeplanandexecution.Controlcreativebudgetbyquarter,spendingshouldbewithin+/-15%vs.plan
