岗位职责：
Responsibilities:
TocompletelyunderstandtheproductvisionandabletocommunicationthatwiththeExecutiveProducerandthelocalteam.TheGPhastoestablishaclearproductvisiontotheentireteamtobesurethatthereisnomisunderstanding.
·AstheowneroftheProductBacklog,theGPhastomakeuserstorylistwithleadsanddirectors’support.TheGPmustensurethatthedescriptionforuserstoryandpriorityareclearenough.
·Responsiblefororganizingtheteamswork,byorganizingmeetings,discussion,feedbackandcommunication,betweenDesigners,Artists,Animators,Coders,Sounddesigners,Leads,DirectorsandProducers.
·Hastomakesureeverybodyunderstandshowtoworktogether,whattheprocessis,andhowtheprocessisexecutedbycollaboratingwithDirectorsandLeads.
·TofrequentlycheckiftheprojectisprogressingbycommunicatingwithDirector/LeadandifnottalkingwiththeDirectors/Leadsonhowtofixanyissuesthatmightcomeup.
·Tocommunicatetorelevantpeoplewhenthereisaproblem,nomatteriftheproblemcanbeinternallysolvedornot.
·Tofrequentlycommunicatewiththeclientandtopmanagementteaminordertoaddressanymisunderstandingortogetoutsidehelpifneeded.
·Tosetgoalsfortheentiregameandit’smilestoneswithagoodunderstandingaboutthegamemarket,competitors,andconstraints
·ResponsibleforaddressingandhandlinganypotentiallegalissueswithLeadersandDirector’shelp.
·Responsiblefortheallaspectsoftheproduct’sfinalquality.
·Responsibleforsettinguplocalizationprocess,handlingthelocalizationkit,localizationdeliverywithleaderanddirectors’help.
·Tocommunicatewiththestakeholderandtheteam,tofigureoutpotentialrisksandcomeupwithsolutionsforanyproblemsthatarise.
·Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsatthesametime.
·Abilitytomanageotherproducers.
·Fullyuseofscrumsoftwaredevelopmenttoguaranteepipelineofproject.
任职要求：
Possessaminimumof5years’experienceasaProducer,managinglargeinternalteamswithinthevideogameindustry(SoftwareEngineers,Artists,Designers,AudioSpecialists,SeniorProjectManagers,AssociateProducersetc.)
GoodworkingknowledgeofVideoGamesandalso,understandingofhowgamesoftwareismade.
Maturepersonality,abletomanagerelationshipatseniorlevel,appreciatesamulticultureworkingenvironment.
·Creative,pragmatic,andabletofindthebestsolutionstoovercomeobstaclesandensureprojectdevelopment
Strongleadership,abletodrivevariousfunctionsthroughthewholedevelopmentprocess.
·Excellentorganizationalandanalyticalskillsthathelptodeliverqualityprojectswithintightdeadlines.
