ThispositionwillplayacrucialroleinCorporateClientsDivision.HeorshewillworkcloselywithDivisionDirectorandKeyAccountManagers,ensuresmoothandstableoperationwithhighcompliancewithDivisionandCompanytargetandstrategy.1.CoordinatewithP&C,Finance,Procurement,HSEQandITdepartmentforcompanycomplianceandrelatedprojectimplement2.Operations-relatedprojectcoordinationandimplementation3.ProvideoperationalsupporttoallCorporateClientaccounts4.AssistDirectorinpreparingpresentationsandotherrelatedmaterials5.Documenttranslation6.Takeminutesatmeetingsanddistributetotheparticipants7.AssistwithrecruitmentactivitiesforcontractsincludingcoordinatingJobDescriptions,liaisingwithP&Candinterviewingcandidatesforcertainroles8.BackfillSiteManagers/KAMsinthecaseofleave,asrequired9.Assistwithnewaccounttransitions10.DevelopingProceduresanddocumentsrelatingtothedivision11.AssistwiththecoordinationoftheAppleprogramandSWAHTtrainingprogram12.OtherdutiesasinstructedbytheDirector,CorporateAccounts

任职要求:

1.atleast5yearsfacilityworkingexperiencebackground2.GoodCommandofbothoralandwrittenEnglish3.Proactivewiththeabilitytouseinitiativetosolveproblems4.Results-orientedwithaflexibleandfriendlymanner5.Excellentcommunication,writtenskills&organizationskills
