Responsibilities:
1.Financialreporting&Analysis;Budgetprocess;Businesssupport
2.AssistinmonthlyFlashreportingandconsolidationforvariousGCCNaccountingcenters;
3.Assistinmonthendmanagementreviewprocess,analysisoffinancialstatements,costcenters,balancesheetaccountsandoperatingvariances;
4.AssistinmonthlyAccounts’profitabilityanalysis,andotherbusinessperspective;
5.Assistinthepreparationoftheannualbudgetandforecasts,andprovideexplanationsforvariancesagainstbudgetsandforecasts;
6.AssistinLOOG&Warehousingprofitabilityreviewandanalysis;
7.ReviewinternalcontrolsystemsandprovideauditedreportsinaccordancewithCompanypolicies;
8.Providethenecessarybusinessanalysisforallpotentialcommercialdecisions;
9.Evaluatethepotentialnewinvestmentopportunities–assistinthecapitalbudgetingprocess;;
10.OtherAdhhocanalysisassignmentsuponmanagementrequests.
任职要求：
1.Over5yearsFinancialrelatedworkexperienceinmulti-nationalcompanies,preferablyinInternationalFreightForwardingorLogisticsindustry;
2.UniversitydegreeoraboveinAccountingorBusinessFinancerelated;
3.Strong,clearandpreciseverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsinbothEnglishandChinese;
4.Analytical,methodicalandnumericacumen;
5.StrongMicrosoftOfficeSuiteskills;
6.ExposuretoSUNSystemsandHyperionwillbeaplus.
7.Goodcommunicationandinterpersonalskills:Goodinterpersonalskilltobuildconstructiveandeffectiverelationshipswithdifferentdepartmentincludingone-on-one,smallandlargegroups,andwithpeersandbosses
8.AnalyticSkills:Abilitytothinkobjectivelyandinterpretmeaningfulthemesfromquantitativeandqualitativedata
9.InfluencingandNegotiation:Abilitytoinfluenceatalllevels,aswellasademonstratedabilitytoworkeffectivelywithinateamandbeassertiveindrivingsuccessfulmanagementstrategies
