Brand Analyst工作职责
岗位职责：
1.Dailysearchingandmonitoringonlinemarketplaces,SocialMediaandrelevantplatformsinAsia.
对中国及其他亚洲国家/地区的网络交易平台、社交媒体进行日常搜索和监控。
2.Usingin-housetoolsanddatabasetoenforceliveonlineinfringements,conductingthefollowing-ups,analysisanddocumentationwork.
对网络侵权行为进行实时投诉并跟进后续进展，做好建档和分析工作。
3.Analyzingonlineinfringementandenforcementreports/datafromagencies/platforms,generatingrelevantreportsforteam’sphysicalenforcementsagainstinfringements.
分析中介/平台提供的网络侵权信息、投诉报告/数据，为团队进行侵权打击提供线索。
4.Collectingonlineinfringementevidence,conductingtestpurchaseagainstinfringingplatforms,andmakingcomparisonandverification.
收集网络侵权证据，进行购买鉴定比对。
5.Researchingtothelatestdigitalinfringementmethods,trendsandmajorprecedents.
对最新的网络侵权方式、趋势及重大案例进行研究和分析。
6.ProvidingothernecessarysupporttotheteaminotheraspectsofbrandprotectioninAsia.
为团队在中国和亚洲其他品牌保护工作提供必要支持。

任职要求：
1.Lawschoolgraduate-overseasstudy/workingexperience,brandprotectionexperiencewouldbepreferred.
法律专业-有海外学习工作经历、品牌保护工作经验者优先。
2.Onlinebrandprotection/enforcementwouldbepreferred.
具有网络品牌保护/侵权投诉经验者优先。
