Investment Analyst工作职责
岗位职责：
Responsibilities:
1.Undertakesresearchtoprovideinformationandinvestmentideastofundmanagers.
2.Provideaninsightoneconomictrendsandevaluateinvestmentpotential.
3.Workcloselywithassetmanagers,productspecialists,riskmanagersandclientmanagerstosupporttheirinvestmentbankingteam.
4.Conductingduediligenceoncompaniesandindustriesbyresearching,readingfinancialstatementsandmarketdata;
5.Analyzingfinancialinformationrelatingtospecificcompanies,e.g.companyresults,profitandloss,balancesheetandcashflowstatementstodeterminehowanorganizationispositionedtodeliverforinvestors;
6.Keepinguptodatewithmarketdevelopments,newinvestmentproductsandallotherareasthatcanaffectthemarkets,e.g.movementsintheeconomiesofrelevantcountries;
7.Consideringhowtheeconomicimplicationsoffactorssuchasnaturaldisasters,weather,wars,etc.mightaffecttheperformanceofcompaniesandfunds;
8.Monitoringthefinancialnewsusingspecialistmediasources;
9.Financialmodellingandprojection;
10.Draftingandwritingresearchreportsforfundmanagerorclientuse;
11.Meetingwithandprovidinginformationtofundmanagers;thismightinclude,summariesofresearch,investmentideas,keyeventsfromtheproceedingdayaswellaskeydriversforthedayahead;
12.Accessandunderstandwiderbusinessinformationsuchasrelevanteconomicdataandpoliticalevents.
任职要求：
Requirement:
1.Universitydegreeorequivalent.Accounting,management,businessbackgroundisaplus.
2.Skilledatexaminingandinterpretingdatafromdifferentsourcesandunderstandingtheimpactthiswillhaveforinvestmentdecisionmaking.
3.Developanunderstandingoffinancialinformation,suchasfinancialstatements,companyaccounts,andsectordata.
4.Excellentquantitative,analyticalandcommunicationskills.
5.Havetheabilitytoworkwellunderpressureandtightdeadlines,andhavetheaptitudetosynthesizelargeamountsofinformationanddevelopinnovativesolutions.
6.Beadaptable,abletomanageprojectsindependentlyandreadytoassumeahighlevelofresponsibilityasamemberofateam.
7.Strongteamwork,communicationskillsandahighenergylevel.
8.ExcellentJapaneseandMandarin,bothinwrittenandoral.
