·CandidatemusthavetwotofouryearsFieldEngineering&Practical/Technicalexperienceandgeneral

knowledgeincivil,mechanical/piping,electrical,instrumentationcontrols,refractory,metalfabrication-andgeneralcontractandconstructionactivites.

·Mustbewillingandcapabletotraveldomesticallyandover-seasasrequiredtomeetconstruction

scheduleswhichcouldlastseveralweeksormonthsatatime.

·B.S.EngineeringDegreeisrequiredinfieldofMechancial,RefractoryEngineering

Chemical,PlantDesignorequal.AssociatesDegreewillalsobeconsidered.

工作描述:

·在所有Hankin承接项目中,作为现场工程师/顾问,协助工程经理(CM)工作。·在工程经理指导下,负责监督现场施工,确保工程符合工程技术规范和QA/QC程序。·2-4年现场施工经验,对土木工程、管道、电气、仪表控制、机加工、总包合同和建筑施工有一定了解。·适应国内、国外长期出差(每次出差少则几周,多则几个月)。

·机械、耐火材料、化学、工厂设计专业本科或等同。

任职要求:

PrimaryResponsibilities:

·UnderstandrefractoryengineeringandfamiliarwithAutoCADdrafting.

·SupervisealldailyconstructionactivitiesandreporttoHankinVPofConstruction/SiteManager.

·Coordinatewithallsubcontractorsi.e.MechanicalErection,Refractory,Piping,Instrumentation,

Painting,andExternalInsulationforsuccessfulcompletionofallsubcontractwork.

·Preparedailyreportsfromtheconstructionsite,andsupervisesubcontractorstoensurethatallwork

prerformedisincompliancewiththedesigndocuments.

·Keepdailyrecordsof"As-Built"documentsandrecordalldeviationsfromthedesigndocuments.

主要职责:

·了解耐火材料施工,熟悉AutoCAD制图。·监督现场施工,向Hankin现场经理/工程副总汇报。·与分包商协调沟通相关工作,包括:机械安装、耐火材料施工、管道仪表安装、喷漆、外部保温。·编写现场日报,监督指导现场施工,确保施工符合工程设计。·保管每日“竣工”文档,记录与设计不符之处。

Authorities:

·Recommendationstoapproveandrejectworkmanshipofsubcontractor'sworkunderhissupervision.

·Disqualifyanddismissanysubcontractorforunsafeandhazardousworkconduct.

·Notallowinganycontractororhisworkersonthejobsitewithoutpropertraining,permit,authorization,

·physicalormentalconditionthatcouldadverselyaffectanycoworkers',safetyorworkmanshipquality.

权利范围: 

·对分包商施工质量提出建议。

·对于施工存在安全隐患的分包商,有权解除合同。·对于未经培训、未取得工作许可或授权的分包商及其施工人员,或精神状态不佳以至于可能影响工友或施工质量的人员,有权拒绝其入场施工。
