Overseas sales工作职责
岗位职责：
1，组建并管理销售团队，开拓海外市场，开发新客户；维护和进一步开发老客户；
2，制定并完成公司年度销售计划和任务；
3，反馈客户需求，搜集市场信息，积极推广公司和产品；开拓新的销售方向；
4，独立处理和解决所负责的业务，包括商务洽谈，拜访和接待客户，相关业务的记录与分析等事宜；
5，控制整个销售过程，提高客户的满意度；
JobResponsibilities:
1,OrganizeandManagethesalesteam,exploreoverseasmarkets,developnewcustomers;maintenanceandfurtherdevelopmentofoldcustomers;
2,Designandrealizethecompanysannualsalesplans;
3,CollectandcommunicatecustomerRequirement,tocollectmarketinformation,andactivelypromotethecompanyandproducts;developnewsalesdirection;
4,Independentlyprocessingandsettlementoftherelatedbusiness,includingbusinessnegotiations,customervisitsandreception,relatedbusinessrecordsandanalysisandothermatters;
5,Controltheentiresalesprocess,improvecustomersatisfaction;
任职要求：
1，本科以上学历，商贸，机械或材料类专业，熟悉机械加工，或者塑料成型等优先考虑
2，3年以上外贸工作经验。熟悉B2B平台的操作。
3，熟悉进出口业务、外汇及相关法律和税务知识。
4，英语六级以上，听说写流利，熟练使用电脑及办公软件。
5，工作积极主动，有责任心，上进心，具有良好的团队合作精神

2,Morethanthreeyearsofforeigntradeexperience.FamiliarwithB2Bplatformoperation.

4,Englishsixormore,heardfluent,skilleduseofcomputerandofficesoftware.
