1.Developandcarryouttheregionsalesplanandaccomplishthesalestarget制定并实施区域销售计划，完成销售目标2.Developandcarryouttheregion(HuaBei)loanprogramsandaccomplishtheARcollectiontarget制定并实施区域回款计划，完成回款目标3.Salesteammanagementinregions销售团队管理4.Executethesalesandmarketingstrategiesandactionplansdevelopedbythecompany执行销售和市场营销的战略和行动计划5.Enhancethecustomerrelationship;setupandupdatethecustomerdocuments提升客户关系，建立与更新客户信息6.Collectandanalysismarketingandcompetitorinformation;workoutthesolutionmeasures收集与分析市场及竞品信息并制定解决方案7.Coordinatewithotherdepartments与其他部门合作
任职要求：
1.BachelordegreeoraboveinMedical,Laboratoryandbiologyrelatedmajor本科以上，医学、生物学及相关专业2.Minimum5yearsalesworkingexperience,Minimum3yearmanagementexperience,especiallyinbiologicalindustry5年以上销售工作经验，3年以上管理经验，有生物诊断行业销售经验者优先3.Excellentcommunication,interpersonalandcoordinationskills优秀的沟通及协调能力4.Excellentteamworkspirit优秀的团队合作精神5.Otheraspects其他任务6.GoodskillinMICROSOFT,influentinEnglishreadingandwriting操作熟练，良好的英文读写能力
