1.Coordinatewithbothinternalresourcesandexternalcustomer/vendorsforseamlessexecutionofprojects.
2.Ensureprojectsareexecutedwithintimeline,scopeandbudget.
3.Assistinprojectscopeandobjectivesdefinition,involvingalltherelevantstakeholdersandensuretechnicalfeasibility
4.Workwithrespectivefunctionalheadtoensureresourceavailabilityandallocation
5.Developdetailedprojectplantomonitorandtrackprogress
6.Managechangestotheprojectscope,scheduleandcosts.
7.Measureprojectperformance,reportandescalatetomanagementifneeded.
8.Managerelationshipwithclientandallstakeholders
9.Performriskmanagementtominimizeprojectrisks
10.WorkcloselywithDevelopmentandNetworkInfrastructureteamtoprepareprojectcosting.
11.ManagetheSystemIntegrationTestingwithbothinternalandexternalcustomertogetherwithimplementationteam.
12.Provideusertrainingforallnewprojects.
13.ManageallnewSCRfollowingtheDevelopmentProcess.GatherbusinessrequirementandworkwithcorporateITteamtillcompletionofthesystemchange.
14.Leadaprojectteamwhichcomprisesofteammemberfromapplicationdevelopmentandnetworkandinfrastructureteamfornewprojectroleout.
15.SupportBusinessDevelopmentteaminpre-salesandRFQresponse
16.Buildingandmaintainingrelationshipswithclientsandkeypersonnelwithincustomercompanies.
17.Conductingbusinessreviewstoensureclientsaresatisfiedwiththeirproductsandservices.
18.Alertingthesalesteamtoopportunitiesforfurthersaleswithinkeyclients.
19.Lettingcustomersknowaboutotherproductsthecompanyoffers.
20.Attendingmeetingswithclientstobuildrelationshipswithexistingaccounts.
21.AchievingclientrelationshiptargetsandKPI’sassetbytheHeadofSales.
22.WorkingcloselywithAccountManagersandSalesConsultants.
23.Escalatingandresolvingareasofconcernasraisedbyclients.
24.Carryingoutclientsatisfactionsurveysandreviews.
25.Monitoringcompanyperformanceagainstservicelevelagreementsandflaggingpotentialissues.
26.Liaisingwithinternaldepartmentstoensureclientneedsarefulfilledeffectively.

2.ExperienceinITsystemintegrationprojects
