岗位职责：
1.Customermanagement
-Setupcustomerfile；
-Updatecustomers’filetimelyandactingaccordingly.
2.Creditreview
-Evaluate&entitlecreditlimitforeverycustomer
-Updatecreditlimitifrequired
3.CheckARbalance
-Sendsalesstatementtocustomers
-UpdateARcollectionrecordeverydayandreporteverymonth
-Reportanyover-authorizedcreditlimitandgetapprovalbyFinanceManagerandGeneralManager
-Reportunusualincidents,suchasover-limitcustomerlist/newcustomers’creditlimitfollowup/anyreturnofstatementbycustomers
-Sendwarninglettertothecustomerwhoisovercreditlimitandwasdisagreedtoexpandcreditlimitbymanagement;Stopsupplyimmediatelyatthesametime.
-ReportotherunusualincidentswhichwillpotentiallyimpactARcollection
4.Salesrecognition
-Recognizesalesagainstdeliverynotesconfirmedandsentbycustomers;makesureinputofsaleinformationandrelatedinJDEandDeliveryreportisconsistent.
-Accuratelyissueinvoicetocustomersandmakeinvoiceisreceivedbycustomer
-Getconfirmationfromover-duecustomer.
5.Befamiliarwithlocalgovernmentrequirement.
