岗位职责：
AssistteamleaderinleadingthemAbGroupingeneratingmonoclonalantibodiesincludingPhosphoantibodies;
Providescientificexpertiseondesigningandimplementingexperimentalplansfromantigenselection,immunization,screeningtopurification;
Develop,trackandmanagedetaileddevelopmentprogramtimelines,resourceandbudgetallocations,deliverablesandmilestoneprogress,includingcriticalpathdependencies;
Providesupporttothemanagementteamonprojectupdates/reportsasneeded;
Generatethelaboratoryrequestdocuments.Giveresearchpresentationandshareotherdailylaboratoryoperationalworks;
AssistteamleaderinaccomplishingotherR&DdutiesrelatedtomAbs.
任职要求：
PhDinbiology,biochemistry,immunology,orarelatedfield;
Broadexperienceinhybridomaordisplaytechnologiesishighlydesired;
Familiarwithantibodyengineeringwouldbeaplus;
Knowledgeofafullrangeofcharacterizationofantibodiesincludingepitopemapping,bioanalyticalcharacterization,andimmunogenicityanalysis;
Abilitytoprocessandcommunicatecomplexscientificinformationthroughverbaldiscussion,presentationorinwriting;
Team-workingfocusandexcellentcommunicationsandinter-personalskills;
GreatcommandinEnglish,computerskills,well-organized,details-orientated,andself-motivated.
