Recruiting Leader工作职责
岗位职责：
l实现组织的招聘活动，使职位空缺尽快填满，新员工能顺利地融入组织，选择的候选人能适合职位和业务的需求。这些活动包括：广告，面试，测试，评级和挑选候选人，检查背景调查资料，薪资谈判等;Implementtheorganization'srecruitmentactivitiessothatjobvacanciesarequicklyfilled,newemployeesaresmoothlyintegratedintotheorganizationandthecandidatesselectedbestmatchtheneedsofthepositionandthebusiness.Theactivitiesincluding:advertising;interviewing,testing,rankingandselectingcandidates;checkingreferences;negotiatingemploymentoffers,Etc.
l联络职能或运营区管理者制定和实施本地招聘战略（例如，广告，起点工资和其他就业条件）是适合他们的业务需求发展的，但要与组织的整体人力资源战略相一致;Liaisewithfunctionaloroperationalareamanagerstodevelopandimplementlocalrecruitmentstrategies(e.g.,advertisements,startingsalariesandotherconditionsofemployment)thatareappropriatefortheirbusinessneeds,butconsistentwiththeorganization'soverallhumanresourcestrategy；
l评估并提出修改建议，使该组织的招聘，薪酬战略和现有的招聘活动能适应不断变化的市场环境，外部劳动力市场状况和内部员工流失的趋势。Evaluateexternallabormarketconditionsandinternalemployeeturnovertrendsinordertorecommendchangestotheorganization'srecruitmentandrewardstrategiesandadaptexistingrecruitmentactivitiestochangingmarketconditions.

任职要求：
l相关学士学位;大约5-7年的招聘相关人力资源工作经验;RelevantBachelordegree;Around5-7yearsofrelevantHRworkingexperienceinrecruitment.
l聪明，性格开朗，注重细节，勤奋，耐心，良好的人际沟通;Smartandinitiativewithpleasantpersonality.Detail-oriented,diligent,patient,andgoodinterpersonalcommunication.
