酒店筹建总经理工作职责
岗位职责：
1.负责酒店前期储备阶段的运营及管理工作，为酒店筹建、筹备、试营业指定长远目标，并按照长远目标来实施工作细则；
2.从财力、物力方面确保完成酒店各大系统的设置和装修工程，保障酒店按计划时间开业；
3.通过各种渠道搜集汇总主要市场酒店数据，深入分析行业相关数据，为领导层决策提供相关信息支持，供酒店公司参考、借鉴和完善。为酒店管理团队制定提升经营与管理方案等重要决策提供信息支持；
4.负责配合项目有关部门包括市场、成本、预算、安全、设备采购等在内的工作；
5.根据各酒店项目的筹建进度，协助公司人事部完成酒店业主代表、管理团队的派驻及后期管理工作；
6.负责与当地政府机构、行业协会保持密切联系，掌握最新的政策动向。
任职要求：
1.大学本科以上学历，酒店管理或建筑工程专业。
2.拥有两家以上筹备国际星级酒店总经理工作经验者优先。五年以上国际度假型酒店运营管理工作经验，熟悉酒店各部门的经营管理工作。
3.通晓酒店各部门的经营管理工作，尤其是在酒店筹备期间的运营，理解酒店的管理机制和程序。
4.有较强的沟通协调和创新能力，有良好的团队意识和领导能力。
5.对于养生、医疗、禅意文化熟知者优先。
6.接受昆明、大理外派工作者。

1.Responsibletocompletetheoperationandmanagementtaskinthehotelpreparationstage,setuplongtermorganizationalobjectiveandachievethegoalsaccordingtotheregulationsandrules;
2.Responsibletosupervisethecomplexionsofthehotelequipmentsystem,decorationconstructionsinperspectivesoffinancialandphysicalsupports,toensurethehotelopenonschedule.
3.Responsibletodevelopvarietyofchannelstocollectthemajorhotelindustryinformationdata,in-depthanalysisofindustryrelatedreference,toproviderelevantinformationfortheleadershipintermsofdecision-making.Provideinformationsupportforhotelmanagementteamtomaketheimportantdecision,intermsofoperationmanagementandprojectmanagement;
4.Responsibletocooperatewithrelevantdepartmentincludingmarketing,cost,budget,safety,equipmentprocurement,etc.;
5.ResponsibletoassistHRdepartmenttocompletetheentranceoftheownerrepresentativemanagementteam,andcontinuethepostgeneralhotelmanagementwork.

Requirements：
1.Bachelordegreeorabove,majorinHotelManagementorEngineering;
2.Withtwoormorepreparationsexperienceforinternationalstarhotelispreferred.Morethanfiveyearsworkingexperienceininternationalresorthotels,familiarwiththeoperationandmanagementofthevariousdepartmentsofthehotel;
3.Proficientwiththeoperationofthevariousdepartmentsofthehotel,especiallyduringthepreparationstageofthehotel,understandthehotelmanagementpoliciesandprocedures;
4.Strongteamorganizationalandinterpersonalskills,abletocommunicateeffectivelywithinternalandexternaldepartments;
5.Strongcommunicationskillswithexcellentteam-workspiritandleadershipskills.
