Business Control工作职责
岗位职责：
1.与总部的QA部门，本地开发、业务部门协调来构建测试流程/框架，指导日常测试工作

2.基于测试驱动、自动化测试等相关方法论来提升测试效率及测试质量

3.执行系统测试，保障各业务系统及集成的开发质量，管控交付质量
Performsystemtestingtoensurethequalityofbusinesssystemsandintegrateddevelopment,andcontrolthequalityofdelivery
任职要求：
1.计算机技术专业本科以上学历，5年以上测试相关工作经验,1年以上测试团队管理经验；
Bachelordegreeoraboveincomputertechnology,morethanfiveyearsexperienceintestingrelatedwork,atleastoneyearexperienceontestteammanagement
2.熟悉软件测试方法论及流程、能够设计测试策略，制定测试计划；带领团队完成测试及提交测试报告等相关工作；
Familiarwiththesoftwaretestingmethodologyandprocess,abletodesignteststrategies,developtestplans;leadtheteamtocompletetestsandsubmittestreportsandotherrelatedwork;
3.可以独立完成项目，抗压能力强，有责任心，有良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作精神；
Cancompleteprojectindependently,strongcompressiveability,asenseofresponsibility,goodcommunicationskillsandteamspirit;
4.熟练的英语听说读写能力，能够做为工作语言。
FluentEnglishlistening,speaking,readingandwritingskills,canbeusedasaworkinglanguage；
5.熟悉电商、零售行业业务优先。
