岗位职责：
OPERATIONS运营
Openandcloseshiftinaccordancewiththemanagerchecklist.
根据经理检查表检查部门的开档和收档工作。
Initiateaggressiveguestinteractionthroughseekingandsolicitingfeedbackfromguests.
主动与客人交流以获得客人的真实反馈意见。
Train,maintainupdatingandenforceallMarriottservicestandardsintheoutlet.
培训、保持,更新并加强万豪所有的服务标准。
Properlyexecuterevenueandcheckcontrolproceduresonshift.
确保部门执行正确的财务帐单程序。
Handledailyassociaterelations(i.e.scheduling,timeadjustments).
负责每天的员工事务。（如时间表的调整）
Maintainasafe&sanitaryworkenvironmentforallassociate&guests.
确保工作场地的清洁和安全。
Gatherandimplementallpropertoolsforrunningshifts(i.e.schedules,floorplans,reservations,andchecks).
为部门的运作提供相应的资源。（例如表格、台图、帐单等等）
Findsolutionsforproblemssuchascallouts,lastminutebookings,oranyotherdailyproblemsthatmayarise.
解决临时发生的事情，例如电话通知的工作，最后时刻的预定和其他可能发生的问题。
Conducttastepanelsandmenuclassesonadailybasisforrestaurant.
每天负责品餐饮评定和为当天准备相应的菜单/饮料单。
Beonthefloorduringtheshiftandassistserversorhostesstoensureguestsaresatisfied.
营业时间要在现场，协助服务人员工作确保顾客满意。
Ensurethatonlyaqualityproductisserved.
确保只有质量合格的产品才能提供给客人。
Ensureallsideworkisdoneonadailybasis.
每天确保各项杂务工作得到落实。
Maintainproperassociateuniformstandards.
保证员工着装达到标准。
Manageaneffectiverepairandmaintenanceprogramthroughtheuseofworkorders,inspections,etc.
通过检查表格确保维修保养工作得以正常进行。
Understand&teachempowermentprinciplestoensureguestsatisfaction.
为确保顾客满意，理解和向其他员工讲解我们的工作原则。
Exercisestationrotationtoensurestationsaredistributedfairly.
按轮换原则安排客人就座，以使得安排公平合理。

了解万豪所有的顾客奖励计划和与其相关的正确计算程序。

任职要求：
Minimumoftwoyearsoffoodserviceorrelatedhospitalitymanagementexperience.
两年以上饮食业及相关管理经验。
Demonstratedleadershipqualities.具有一定程度的领导能力。
Demonstratedstronghospitalityandcommunicationskills.较好的社交能力
Demonstratedstrongworkethic.具有职业道德。
Minimum2yearsexperienceworkinginthesimilarpositionofasizeableorganization至少2年的相似工作经验，具有一定的组织能力
GoodcommandofWrittenandSpokenMandarin流利的普通话
GoodknowledgeofConversationalEnglish流利的英语
