服务技术工作职责
岗位职责：
*ResponsibleforSpareparts&ServiceSalestoGroup’scustomersinChina.
针对集团内各公司的所有国内用户进行设备备件及售后服务业务的销售。
*Regularvisitingcustomersisamusttosetupagood&closerelationshipwiththekeyperson,toprovidecustomerreasonablespareparts&serviceproposalfinallytoconvincecustomerstobuyfromusstably&longtermly.
定期计划拜访客户,与客户建立紧密良好关系,为客户提供设备故障的售后技术支持,从而提供客户合理的备件及工程师售后服务方案,最终说服客户长期稳定购买公司的备件及工程师服务。
*Officeworkincludingmakingquotations,contracts,telephonesupportingcustomersetc.
办公室工作包括制作报价,合同,电话给予客户技术等。
*Makingmonthly,quarterly&annuallyplanforhowtopromotethebusinessandreporttoSalesDirector制作月度,季度,年度工作计划,阐述如何提高备件及售后服务销售额,并向销售总监汇报
*Followupspareparts&servicesalesorders,includingcommunicationwithcustomers,sistercompanycolleagues.
与客户和姐妹公司同事保持联系，对公司的备件及服务销售订单进行技术联络、跟踪和支持。
*Translatingandfillingforrelevantfiles.
相应文件的翻译和归档工作。
*OtherrelevantjobsentitledbyLineManagerorGM.
其他由直线经理或总经理布置的与机械服务相关的工作。
*ReporttoSalesDirector向销售总监直接汇报。
任职要求：
*Universitydegreein“Mechanical”or"ChemicalEngineering&Technology“.
本科以上学历，专业为机械类或化学工程和技术类
*Abilitytoreadandunderstandthree-view§iondrawings,generalknowledgeoftopicstructureofmachines.
能读懂三视图和剖面图，了解一般机械结构。
*Knowledgeofelectricalinstruments,read&understandelectricaldiagram,knowledgeofdifferentspecificationsandsignalsofelectricalcomponents.
具备电气仪表理论知识，能读懂电气原理图，了解不同电气元件规格和信号类型。
*Minimum3yearsrelevantworkingexperiences,preferablyinmechanicalon-siteservice.
三年以上相关工作经验，有现场机械服务经验者优先。
*Proactiveworkingattitude.
积极的工作态度。
*Goodcommunicationskill.
良好的沟通技巧。
*Goodteamworkandservicespirit.
高度的团队合作及服务精神。
*CET6.FluentEnglishinoralisamust.
英语听说读写流利，过六级。
*Practicedskilloncomputersoftwareusing,especiallyforAutoCAD.
电脑操作熟练，尤其必须会熟练应用CAD。
*Bewillingtotravelfrequently.
能接受频繁出差。
