-Communicatewithsubcontractorforstuffing,customsclearance,pickupissue.

-Providecheckinglisttocustomerforchargeconfirmation.

-MakesureCIEL(ComputerIntegratedExternalLogistics)statuscorrectlyinput.

-Makesuretoreverte-mailtointernalorexternalwithin24hours.

-CustomerServicewillinputcostsheettohandovertoDocumentationforfurtherhandling.

-CustomerServicewillaccruecostcorrectlyinCIEL&SALOGandissuecorrectprofitshare/losssharetooverseas.

-CustomerServicewilldofileclosinginmonthend.

-Otherissuesnominatedbydepartmentmanager

任职要求:

-BachelordegreemajoredinLogisticsorrelated;

-Atleast2~5yearsinSeaLogisticsand2yearsOverlandexperienceisaplus

-CustomerOrientatedincludingissueandcomplaintresolution

-Understandingofexport+importproceduresandfreightforwardingknowledge

-ExcellentTelephoneandEmailManner

-Problemsolvingandanalyticalskills

-GoodatEnglish
