任职要求:

工作经验半年以上,有一定英文沟通及读写能力,稳定性较强。

确保前台的工作保持专业性。

Willperformfrontdeskclerkandcashierresponsibilitiesanddutieswhenneeded.

如有需要兼顾前台文员及收银员的工作。

TotrainFrontDeskClerksonadailybasis,on-the-jobduring15minutestraining.AssisttheFrontOfficeManagerinallareastoensureacorrectandsmoothoperatingdepartment.

每天为前台文员培训,15分钟在岗培训。协助前厅部经理顺利完成各项工作。

ResponsiblefortheefficientandprofessionaloperationoftheFrontDesk,creatingaproductiveandpositiveatmosphere,includingrelationshipwithotherdepartments.

确保前台的运作专业有效,创造一个高效率,积极的氛围,并和其他部门保持良好的关系。

Ensuresmoothcheck-inandcheck-outofallguestsduringpeakhours,throughproperlyhandlingguestaccountsandwithefficientserviceprovidedtoallguests.

高峰时期在前台帮助顺利完成客人的入住及离店手续,认真处理客人账户以提供便捷的服务。

在规定内为客人解决一切问题满足他们的需要。

坚持使用干练的警员来保证安全性,负责及时报告突发事件。支持所有保安系统。在湿滑地面上行走要小心。在操作设备前一定要有适宜的安全培训。
