ScanallthecustomersorderinKDforrecord

Actasreceptionisttositatthereceptiondeskansweringallthecompanywidecallsandmakecalltransfer.Updatetelephonelist.

PrintWelcomecardandServewater/coffee/fruittocustomers/visitorswhennecessary.

CollectallHKPeople’stravelforecasttoarrangedailyvehicleanddocoordinationtodailyvehiclearrangement

Arrangeexternalvehicleforbusinessneedsandcontrolcost

ContributestoapositiveteamenvironmentwithintheEtratechorganization.

Otherresponsibilities,functions,dutiesandprojectsasassignedbytheManager.
