Shipping 船务工作职责
岗位职责：
1.订单管理，包括订单发行，确认和文件维护；
Ordermanagementincludingorderissuance,confirmationanddocumentationmaintenance;
2.物流问题的协调，包括日常接触代理/物流供应商，以确保货物按时从中国出口及保证船务文件的有效性；
Logisticsissuecoordinationincludingdailycontactingforwarders/logisticssuppliers,toensureshipmenton-timeex-Chinaandshippingdocumentsefficiency;
3.订单状态跟踪和定期汇报给集团各区域公司；
POstatustrackingandregularreportingtocounterpartsinoverseabranches;
4.每日计划派遣SKU量，以确保亚洲的供应满足区域市场的安全库存水平；
DailyplanningdispatchvolumeonSKUleveltoensureAsiasupplymeetregionalmarketsafetystocklevel;
5.新/旧供应商工作标准操作培训，监控供应商的服务水平；
New/OldsupplierSOPeducation,monitoringsupplierservicelevel;
6.以月底报告和供应商通过提供必要的数据和数据分析评估支持部门领导。

任职要求：
1.商科，贸易或物流专业，学士学位;
Bachelor'sdegreeinbusiness,trade,orlogisticsdiscipline;
2.2-3年在贸易，物流，客户服务或制造行业的经验；清楚了解工厂供应链规划程序，并熟悉出口手续；
2-3yearsexperienceintrade,logistics,customerserviceormanufacturingindustry;Wellunderstandingfactorysupplychainplanningprocedureandbeingfamiliarwithexportformality;
3.优秀的英语口语和书面沟通技巧；
ExcellentcommunicationskillsinspokenandwrittenEnglish;
4.有ERP系统操作经验者优先；
ERPsystemoperationexperienceispreferred;
5.具有团队合作精神，有责任心，能够承受工作压力，学习能力强。
