Senior AP工作职责
岗位职责：
APfunctionin8-9companiesandfocusononeortwoentities,ensureaccountingentriesarecorrectlydoneinSAPandcompliancewithlocalandGroupaccountingrules;
=>EnsurevendorinvoicearecorrectlyandtimelyprocessedinSAP,wheninvoicevarianceisoutoftolerance,invoiceisblockedforpayment,informaffiliaterelevantdepartmenttosolvetheproblem
=>Checkvendorinvoicescompliance
=>Checkstaffexpensesclaim,ensureinvoicecomplianceandcorrectpostinginSAP
=>Ensuretimelytraderelatedtaxespayment(Consumptiontax,Customduty,VAT…)
=>AssistGLteamtoaccruestaffexpenseclaimatperiodend
=>ClearGR/IRaccountsonmonthlybasisandanalysisandinvestigateabnormalitems
=>Followupvendoropenitems
=>Ensurevendoraccountreconciliationisdoneproperlyandsystematically
=>EnsuremonthlyandyearlyclosingofAPmoduleisproperlyandtimelyconducted
Assistinstocktakeoftheaffiliates;
Prepareinter-companiesreportsforSSCsupportedcompaniesandconductinter-companyreconciliationonmonthlybasis;
GroupandStatutoryaudit:beresponsibleforAPrelatedincludingprepareauditpackagewithfullnotes,preparedetailsinformationandexplanationtoauditorandsoon.Coordinatewithauditorstoensuregroupandstatutoryauditareproperlyandtimelycompleted;
MaintainworkingmanualofAPfunction;
EnsurecorrectVAT,CT,WHTandotherrelatedtaxrecord;
EnsureoneoriginalcopyofVATinvoicesaresenttoaffiliatesfordeductionontimelybasis;
FinishKPIreportofAPfunctionandmonitoroutsourcingteamdailywork;
BackupwhennecessaryorperinstructionofAPsupervisor,suchasdoublereviewweeklypaymentproposal,block&unblockinvoicepayment,APentriesreversal,GRIR&taxaccountclearing;
OtherjobsassignedbyAPsupervisor,financecontrollerandVPfinanceChina.

BachelordegreeofFinance&Accounting;
Goodinterpersonalandcommunicationskillsforpartnershipwithotherdepartments,affiliatesandexternalstakeholders;
Mustbeindependent,self-motivated,customerserviceorientedmindsetandbewillingtoworkunderpressure;
ExcellentPCskillsonMSofficetoolsandSAPknowledgeespeciallyinFI,COandMMmoduleisagreatplus;
FluentMandarin,goodcommandofEnglishisaplus.
