·DevelopmechanicalengineeringdesignandspecificationforprocessequipmentandmechanicalcomponentsbasedonPFDsandP&IDsforthejob.
·CoordinateallmechanicaldesignwithotherengineeringdisciplinesandCADdesigners.
·Specify,select,procureandincorporateallmechanical-processequipmentintosystemsdesign.
·Validateandapprovedesigndocumentsdevelopedunderyourauthority.
·Mustbeproficientwithcomputersoftware,especiallywithMSOfficeapplications.
·Requirestrongcommunicationskills.
·Workindependentlywithminimumsupervision.
·Fieldinstallationandcommissioningwork.
·Sometraveling(domesticandoverseas)isrequired.

·与其他工程学科和CAD设计人员协调所有机械设计。
·设备选型、采购，并将设备选型体现在系统设计图纸中。
·对职责内设计文档进行签名、审批。
·必须熟练使用电脑软件，尤其是MSOffice办公软件。
·具有卓越的沟通能力。
·独立自主工作，无需上级督促。
·负责现场安装、调试。
·能够适应国内外出差。
任职要求：
PrimaryResponsibilities
·Prepareengineeringspecificationsandcalculationsforalldesignedsystemcomponents,equipmentsizingperASMEB31.3,pressuredropcalculations,pumpheadcalculation,pneumaticandhydrauliccalculationsandservicecomponentsselectionwithprocesscontrols.
·Detaildevelopmentofprocessequipmentrequirements,nozzleschedule,nozzleloadingsandlimitations,andothermechanicalcomponentsassignedtoyoubytheSeniorSystemsEngineer.
·Sizingofpressurereliefvalves&documentationasrequired.
·Prepareutilityconsumptioncalculationsanddocumentthesummaryintheutilitylist.
·ProvidedesigninformationdatatoCADdesignerstoensurecontinuousworkflowandinformationfeedtotheCADgroup.
·FamiliarwithAutoCADdesignanddrafting.
·Workwithengineeringmanagerandprojectmanagertodevelopfinaldesignfromconceptiontofabricationandinstallationdetails.
·Controlequipmentdesigntobewithinthebudgetandprojectschedule.
·Controlalldesigndocumentsunderyoursupervisiontopreventanyunauthorizeddesignchanges,revisionsormodificationswithouttheproperauthorizationandapprovals.StrictcompliancetoISOQualityrequirementsshallapply.
·DirectcommunicationwithvendorstodevelopRequestsForQuotation(RFQ),BidEvaluationandmakingtechnicalrecommendationtoSeniorSystemsEngineer(orProjectManager)forpurchaseorder.
·PerformtheequipmentQA/QCinspection.
主要职责：
·依据ASMEB31.3要求准备系统设备规格书、计算书，进行压降、扬程、气动和液动系统的计算。
·对高级系统工程师分配的工艺设备要求、喷嘴进度表、喷嘴负荷和限制等细节进行详细设计。
·确定泄压阀规格，并整理文档。
·进行工程消耗计算，并整理施工消耗清单。
·向CAD设计人员提供设计数据，确保CAD部门得到连续的工作流和信息。
·熟悉AutoCAD设计和绘图。
·配合工程经理和项目经理完成设备从初步设计、制造到安装细节的最终设计。
·确保采购设备满足项目预算、进度要求。
·管理所有设计文件，以防止未经授权的设计变更、修订或修改。严格遵守ISO质量要求。
·与供应商直接沟通，发送询价单(RFQ)，评标，并向高级系统工程师(或项目经理)提出采购订单的技术建议。
·负责设备QA/QC检验。
学历要求：
o工程专业本科学历或机械工程专业研究生学历
o5年以上系统设备设计经验。
o2年以上设备选型、检验与验收、技术数据沟通协调、采购合同编制及机械部件设计相关经验。
o有机械设计、部件选型经验，能够进行应力、载荷、震动等计算。
o熟悉行业标准、工程规范，理解各专业图纸。
o有良好的工程理解和实践能力，积极进取，是高级系统工程师的“得力助手”
