Garment Technician工作职责
岗位职责：
Responsibilities:Communicateandworkwithoverseascounterpartsforalltechnicalissues,Providetechnicaladviceandsupporttomerchandisingteamandfactoriesinordertomeetpurchasingrequirement.
JobDuties:-Toconductsampleevaluationintermsoffitting,measurement,construction/makingmethod,workmanship&functionalperformance;
-Tocheckifthequalityofthematerial,trims,andaccessoriesusedarecorrect,safeandfunctionallyreliable;
-Toprovidetechnicaladvisetofactoriesforimprovementwhenneeded;
-ToworkwithQCtoclarifyandresolveoutstandingtechnicalproblems,andtoupdateproductstandardsrequirements;
-Toclearlyhighlightpotentialqualityproblemsandnecessaryprecautionstofactories/QCbeforeproduction;
-Toprovidetechnicalsupporttofactoriesandinspectorsduringproductionwhenneeded;
-Tomaintainaproperrecordofqualityperformanceforsamplessubmittedbyeachvendor;
-Totraveltofactoriestosettletechnicalproblemswhennecessary.
任职要求：
Requirements:-GraduatedingarmentconstructioninuniversityofMainlandChina.-Atleast2-5yearssolidrelevantexperienceasTechnician/QA;(e.g.fitting,sizespecificationgrading,paperpatternknowledgeetc…)-Technicalknowledgeofwoven/knit/sweater;-Attentivetodetailandwellorganizedwithgoodcommunicationskills,self-motivatedandpro-active;-GoodcommandofwrittenandoralEnglish;-Frenchspeakerwillgetadvantage;-Commoncomputerknowledgerelatedtowork;(e.g.excel/words,illustrator/drawingetc…)-GoodcommunicationskillwithfactoryandtechnicalteaminFrenchoffice.-Abilitytoworkindependently.
-做事认真细致，条理性强。有着良好的沟通能力，有着较强的合作精神和团队意识；
-至少有2-5年以上外贸梭织、针织产品技术工作经验，对针织、梭织服装制作流程、工艺结构、纸样制作和推档有相当的认识；
-对面辅料、绣印花、水洗及服装穿着性能等方面有着良好的判断能力和实际经验。为公司业务部门及供应商提供技术服务和支持，能帮助供应商熟悉我们的质量标准进而有针对性地提高。能及时指出样衣上存在的问题并对潜在的问题提出预警；
-英文听说读写良好。能阅读/书写英文意见及尺寸表，熟悉服装方面的中英文用语。能和欧洲总部就技术工艺方面以英文进行书面/口语沟通；
-熟练操作电脑，能独立工作；
-必要时，能出差到工厂协助解决实际工艺方面的问题
