IT Technicians工作职责
岗位职责：
1.HandlingwarrantyclaimcasesforourdealersintheWesternChina.
对公司及客户送检动力工具进行拆装及维修。
2.Givingtechnicaltrainingstotechniciansfromourdealersorendusers.
对经销商或者用户进行技术培训。
3.Routinetelephonesupporttoourcustomersfortechnicalquestions.
对于客户的疑问提供专业，耐心的电话解答。
4.Responsibleforthe5Sworkintheworkshop,keepitcleanandwellorganized.
负责维修室的5S工作，保持维修室的整洁。
5.Dailyworkrecordandmonthlyreport,andothertasksthatlinemanagerassigned.
做好每日工作记录，以及月报，并积极完成其他交办事项。
任职要求：
1.Juniorcollegedegreeorabovemajoringinmechanicalorelectricalengineering.
电子、机械类专业专科及以上学历。
2.BasicEnglish,canreadEnglishtechnicalmanual.
基本的英语要求，配合辅助工具可以看懂英文手册。
3.Hands-onability,beinghonest,willingtotakeresponsibility.
动手能力强，为人诚恳，有责任心。
4.CapableofusingMicrosoftofficesoftware,Word,Excel,PowerPoint.
会使用word,excel,powerpoint办公软件。
5.Willingtotravel,experienceonaftersalesservicerelatedworkispreferred.
能适应出差，有售后服务经验者优先。
