岗位职责：
1.TakeanactivepartindevelopingpowertoolsincooperationwiththedevelopmentteamsinAsiaandEurope.
2.Carryoutthedesignworkforcomponentsandcompleteunitsofpowertoolsandaccessories
3.Buildingupsoundcompetenceregardingtechnical/physicalfunctionofthetoolsanditsdesignmethodstoensuretherightinterpretationoftestresultsregardingfunctionandreliabilityindifferentapplications
4.OptimizethedesignofthetoolsandtheircomponentsinasystematicwaytofulfillHiltistandardsinsenseofqualityandcosts.
5.Reportallresultsandfindingsandgiverecommendationsforimprovements,furtheractionsanddesignadaptionstotheteam.
6.BuildingupcompetenceinShanghaiandsynchronizetheresultswithEuropeanstandards.
7.Takenecessarystepstoensureproperplanningandmanagementofthedesignsteps.ReviewandclarifyaccuracyofspecificationscomingfromtheGermandevelopmentcenter.
8.EnsureacloserelationshipwithHiltiteams,theplantsandSupplierduringthedevelopmentprocess.
9.Takecareofthecompletedocumentationofthedesignresults.
任职要求：
1.Universitygraduate(min.bachelordegreeinmechanicalengineering)with3+yearsworkingexperienceindevelopmentenvironmentofpowertools
2.Excellenttechnicalunderstandingofelectromechanicalsystems
3.ProficiencyinEnglishisamust
