Pricing Officer岗位职责

岗位职责：

·CommunicationwithITorITcoordinatorsinregionalwideregardingsystemsupport,troubleshooting,andotherdailyIToperationissuessuchasmajorproject,requisitionanddisposalarrangement;

·AsacontrolhubbetweenCorporateITandlocalITsoncontrollingtheCorporateITpoliciesandprocedures

·OrganiseITtrainingforITcoordinatorsandendusers

·Businesstravellingtoprovideonsitemarketsupportforofficesandshopsisrequired

·FrontendandbackendPOSsetupfornewshops

·ShopclosureandPOStransfer/deactivation

·ExecutionandmaintenanceoftheSAPinterfacefornewproductsupdate,pricingchange,andASNvouchers.

·TroubleshootingPOSonhardware/software,2ndlevelsupportandescalationtoglobalvendor

·POSRefreshmenttrainingtoROMandnewusersfromtimetotime

·Assistanceinreviewingmaintenancecontractformarkets

·Datapoolingandstocktakeassistance

·TroubleshootingandcoordinationsupportforECCOTVandTrafficCounter

·Internal/externalEDIcoordinationandtroubleshooting

·DevelopandmaintainIThardware,softwareapplication,andinfrastructureforofficeandretailshopsincompliancetoCorporateITstandards:

oMaincontactforexternalcontractors/vendorsbothinHW/SW;

oMonitorinstallation,implementationandtesting;andprovidenecessaryadvicetomanagement;

oProvidetrainingonnewequipmentorapplicationstoofficeandshopstaff.

·DeveloplocalITpoliciesandprocedureswhichcomplywithCorporateITstandards:

oCommunicatewithCorporateITforanynewITneedsfromAPAC

oUpdateonchangeinmarketITlegislations;DisasterrecoveryplanandITaudit

oFrequentlyreviewlocalITpoliciesifanypoliciesareoutdatedandupdateifnecessary.

·Ensuresmoothsystemreporting;

·ITorientationfornewstaff;

·OtherITrelatedassignments.

·SupportITmanagertodeliverprojectcommitmentstousersasuserexpectation.

任职要求：

1.DegreeholderwithComputerorITengineeringdiscipline;

2.Minimumof3yearsofITorrelatedstreamexperienceinretailindustry;

3.ChineseMandarin&English
