Tax Consultant工作职责
岗位职责：
1、HandledaytodayKeysightChinaBeijingheadquartertaxoperationincludingstatutoryfiling,processcontrol,externalandinternalreportingandreconciliation,withrespecttoVAT,zerotaxrate,surtax,stampdutyandotherrelevanttaxes;
负责是德中国北京总部机构的增值税、零税率、附加税费、印花税和其他税种的日常税务工作，包括税务申报、销项进项流程控制、面向外部和内部的税务报告及账税调节等；
2、ReviewbranchVATandstampdutyfilings;controlandanalyzeonChinaheadquarter&branchtransactiontaxmodel;
复核下属分公司的增值税和印花税的计算申报；对是德中国总分公司的增值税模式进行流程控制和数据分析；
3、SuperviseChinaVATinvoicerelatedprocess,qualityandcompliance;
控制和建议是德中国增值税发票流程，从而保证销项进项发票的税务合规性和质量；
4、Createanddrivelocaltransactiontaxproject;supportChinabusinessqueriesandworkwithglobaltransactiontaxteamindevelopingproposedsolutiontothebusinesses;
负责组织和推动中国流转税法规变化所需的本地流转税项目；与集团流转税团队合作，结合中国的税务法规要求，建议并支持中国业务部门的经营和发展；
5、Anticipateandsupportannualcorporateincometaxactivities;
参与并支持年度企业所得税工作；
6、SupportonglobalprojectandM&Are-structingandintegration;
支持集团项目和收购兼并项目涉及中国的架构调整和业务合并；
7、CoordinatewithBeijingtaxauthorityandmaintainsmoothandhealthyrelationshipwithtaxauthority;adviseonbranchtaxauthorityliaisonwork;
负责北京主管税务部门的联络工作，与税务机关保持健康流畅的关系；对下属分公司与税务机关的沟通工作提出建议；
8、Workandcommunicatewithtaxconsultantandoutsourcingsupplier;
协调与外部税务咨询和服务外包供应商的日常沟通和联络工作；
9、Othertasksassignedbymanager.
分配的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、Universitydegree,preferablyinAccounting/Taxrelatedareas;
大学本科学历，专业是会计或税务相关的优先；
2、3-5yearsexperienceinbigfourorMNCintaxarea;
3-5年在四大或其他跨国公司的税务工作经验；
3、ComprehensiveChinataxknowledge;
全面综合的中国税务知识；
4、FluentinChineseandEnglish,goodproblemsolvingskills,strongself-learninganddevelopmentattitude,reliable,responsible,teamworksprit;
流利的中文和英文，善于解决问题，有独立学习和自我发展的态度，负责可靠，有团队协作的能力；
5、Strongcommunicationskills,marcoinsightandalsodetailsorientation;
熟练的沟通技巧，有大局观，同时也不忽略细节；
6、Abletohandlemulti-tasksandworkunderpressureanddeadlines.
