Superintendent工作职责
岗位职责：
1、FollowtheinstructiongivenbyOperationDistrictSuperintendents.
2、CloselymonitorandcontrolDCStoensureDGSprocesstrainworkingstable.EspeciallymonitortheESP/naturalflowwellrunningconditioninDCS,andmonitoralltheCCTVsysteminordertokeepallthewellpad/DGSinsafecondition.
3、CooperatewithESPoperationteamforESPwelldailyroutinecheckandoperation.
4、IssueworkpermitsinaccordancewithsafetyregulationsandmaintainahighlevelsafeworkpracticesunderthecircumstancesofH2S.
5、Carryoutthejobalongwithoperationteamtoensurethatcompanyproductivitygoalsareachieved.
6、Prepareaccurateperiodicoperatingreportsandup-to-datelogs,workpermits,nearmissandotherRecords.
7、PrepareandsubmitallrelevantreportstotheOperationDistrictSuperintendent,suchlikedailyreport,weeklyreport,monthlyreportetc.
8、ParticipateinincidentinvestigationandreporttoOperationDistrictSuperintendents.
9、Supervisetheworkpermitsystemexecutiononthesiteinaccordancewithsafetyandenvironmentalregulations&maintainahighlevelsafeworkpracticesunderthecircumstancesofH2S.
10、ParticipateintheteamtoprepareandupdatestandardOperatingProceduresforpre-commissioningandcommissioningactivities,normalplantandwellstartup/Shutdownoperationsandotheroperationalactivities.
11、Cooperatewithmaintenancedepartmenttosolvealltechnicalissuesofequipmentoperation.
12、SupporttooptimizeoperationpracticethatmaybenefitOperationDistrict.
13、TroubleshootproblemsrelatedtoOperationequipmentsandfollowsupcorrectiveactionswhereneededasinstructedbySupervisor.
14、UpdateandmaintainalllogbooksrelatedtoOperationactivitiesanddailyproductionreports.
15、ReviewLabresultswithsupervisor&suggestscorrectiveactionsincasethatspecificationisnotmeet.
16.Conductthedailyoperation,monthlyFiredrills&safetymeetings.
17、Takestheresponsibilityofasitecommanderincaseofemergencieslikefire,oil/gasleakageetc.assistcompanyforincidentinvestigations&followupactions.
18、SuggestpossiblefacilityimprovementstotheSupervisor.
19、AlltheoperationalactivitiesasperstandardOperatingProcedureandrecommendsolutionstotheissuesrelatedtooperation.
任职要求：
1、BachelordegreeoraboveinPetroleum/ProductionEngineeringorrelevantprofessions(GraduationCertificate&BachelordegreecertificatewithEnglishmodel);
2、AtleastthreeyearsofexperienceFamiliarwithoilandgasproduction,processingmethods;
3、RichexperienceinoperationofDCS,WHCPandESP;
4、CommunicatefluentlyinoralEnglishandacquirenecessarycomputerskills.
5、H2SOperationCertificate,HSEOperationCertificateisrequired.
6、ExperienceofworkedinIRAQrelevantfieldwithgoodworking(withstampsandauthorizedsignaturesinEnglish)ispreferred.
