COO生产工作职责
岗位职责：
Escalateanyqualityorprocessrelatedissuestoensurefastresponseandswiftaction.Thisshouldbedonenomatteroftime(eg.24hrsworking).
及时反馈质量或制程中的相关问题，保证快速地响应。无论何时都必须完成
Ensurealltoolingispreparedpriortoprocess
保证特定的工具在制程前准备完毕
Coordinateinadvanceequipmentavailabilityinvariousareasfacetofaceandrecodedviaemailforconfirmation.
当场协调在不同区域中预先调用设备，记录确认的邮箱
Attendproductionmeetingswhenrequired.
参加必要的生产会议
Maximisethenumberofmachinesusedtoensureshortestleadtimeforproduction.Thisshouldbecalculatedfromproductstartwiththefastschedule.
按照生产计划时间，尽可能地增加机器使用率，缩小生产时间
CoordinatewithEngineeringandProductionEngineeringtofindfastestsamplingsolutionsfordelayedlots.
与工程师，生产工程师合作，找到延后批次的最快解决方法
SendandrecordscheduledemailalertsforhighlightedTopPriorityanddelayedparts.ThiswouldbespecifiedbytheDeputyManagerorProductionManager.
对于紧急模型板和延迟的信息发送给值班经理或生产经理。
Ensureallqualityreportsarepreparedinadvanceandthepriorityisprovided.
保证所有质量报表按时按优先级完成
FollowanyblocksthatcomefromtheTFCandcoordinatetoavoiddelays..
跟进所有来自TFC的暂停，合作并避免延期
Maintainagoodworkingrelationshipwithallproductionprocessdepartments.
与所有的制程部门保持良好的工作关系
RecordandreportaccuratedelayinformationintheinputsectionontheRealtime..
记录和报告精确的延期信息，并在Realtime系统中录入
OtherJobassignmentfromsuperior。
完成其他由公司主管安排的工作
